Hanan Fadel is the only trainer I’ll ever work with. She creates workouts that you actually have fun with and sweat a TON! And you feel AMAZING after. She is diverse with her workouts and techniques and isn’t always just focused on you sweating. She’s checking up on your mental health, spirituality and making sure you're good as a whole person. For me personally that’s what makes her such an effective trainer! I feel better as a person when I train with her. Once the gyms closed, I felt I lost without my typical routine. With more commitments, a longer commute, and limited options, it was hard to find the time and the rhythm to workout. And let’s face it, I felt a bit overwhelmed on my own. I would still try to go to a gym but I would (or wouldn’t) see on the scale as opposed to progression in strength and endurance. When the scale wouldn’t budge, I would get frustrated and lose momentum.
Alhamdulillah, when I started working with Hanan, I was able to map out goals that went beyond the scale and I learned ways to accurately track them. Now, I take things one day at a time as opposed to the constant need to “start over tomorrow.” I learned that with very limited time, I’m still able to complete an effective workout.
